This hotel is a true gem, discreetly nestled away from the busier areas. I found its location ideal for exploring. The reception staff were helpful. They quickly assisted me upon arrival. Hot water was readily available at the bar upon request, a thoughtful touch after a long day.
The room lacked easily accessible charging points near the bedside tables.

The breakfast selection was expansive, with plenty of choices to satisfy all tastes. I particularly appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit. The dining area was bright and cute, starting the day positively, with attentive staff maintaining a clean environment.

the location was great. i could easily walk back to the hotel to rest after every tour.
the room had a broken heater that wouldn't turn off. it was too hot, so i had to keep the windows open (not ideal for sleeping well).

mixed stay lacking attention to detail
street noise charging points
the room's temperature was difficult to regulate it remained too warm even with adjustments. this was compounded by street noise when the windows were opened for relief. the absence of readily available charging points near the bed was an oversight given the needs of travelers today. i found these issues detracted from the overall experience
